Filing a takedown notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send us a written communication that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g. URL).
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notification
If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.
