Digital Services Act — Contact Point & Illegal Content Reporting
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services (Digital Services Act — DSA), the following provisions apply.
Authority contact point (Art. 11 DSA)
The following contact point is designated for direct communication with authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services:

Reporting illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)
If you become aware of illegal content hosted on our infrastructure, you can report it to us. To enable us to process your report, please include the following information:
- A sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal.
- The precise location of the content (e.g. exact URL) and, if necessary, additional information to identify the content.
- Your name and email address (unless you are reporting information related to offenses under Directive 2011/93/EU).
- A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information provided in the report is accurate and complete.

If we have your contact details, we will inform you of our decision regarding the reported content as soon as possible, including information on available remedies.
Measures we may take
We provide all affected users with a clear and specific statement of reasons for any measures we take. These measures may include:
- Restricting the visibility of specific content, including removal, blocking, or demotion of content.
- Suspension, reduction, or termination of monetary payments.
- Suspension or termination of the service in whole or in part.
- Suspension, blocking, or closure of your account.
Remedies
You may file a complaint against the above measures with us. Your complaint should include a statement of reasons. Depending on the outcome, we will reverse the measures taken where appropriate.
You also have the option to initiate an out-of-court dispute settlement procedure with the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency) as the national Digital Services Coordinator.
Regardless of the above options, you may pursue legal remedies at any time.
