Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All listed prices are gross EUR including 19% German VAT. Business customers in the EU (with a valid VAT ID) and customers outside the EU are charged net under reverse-charge rules.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. Choose monthly billing for flexibility or commit yearly for a discount. You can switch between plans any time — upgrades are instant, downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Is there a free option?

Yes. Every account includes one free webspace with 1 GB NVMe, one MariaDB database, and 10 GB of monthly traffic — no time limit and no credit card required.

How does VPS pricing work?

VPS is priced per resource. You pay separately for CPU cores, RAM, NVMe storage, additional IPv4 addresses, backup slots, and network bandwidth. There are no fixed tiers — configure exactly what you need.

How does billing work for upgrades and downgrades?

Upgrades are prorated to the second — you only pay for what you actually use. Downgrades apply credit to your next billing cycle, so nothing is wasted.
