Is Joomla really free on every plan?

Yes. The one-click Joomla installer, SSL, and PHP/MariaDB stack are included in every web hosting plan at no extra cost. You only pay for the disk space and databases you choose.

Can I migrate an existing Joomla site?

Absolutely. Use Akeeba to create a JPA archive and restore it via Akeeba Kickstart, or upload your files via SSH/SFTP and import the database dump. We're happy to help with manual migrations on the larger plans — just contact support.

Which Joomla versions do you support?

Joomla 4, 5 and 6 are all fully supported. The one-click installer ships the latest stable release; you can also upload an older version via SFTP if needed.

Which PHP versions are available?

PHP 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5 are available out of the box. You can switch versions per site from the dashboard with no downtime.

Do popular extensions like Akeeba, JCE or RSForm work?

Yes. We don't block any standard Joomla extensions, and OpenLiteSpeed handles .htaccess rules so SEF URLs from JoomSEF, sh404SEF and similar work without extra config.
