Frequently asked questions

Is WordPress really free on every plan?

Yes. The one-click WordPress installer, SSL, and PHP/MariaDB stack are included in every web hosting plan at no extra cost. You only pay for the disk space and databases you choose.

Can I migrate an existing WordPress site?

Absolutely. Use the standard wp-cli export, the All-in-One WP Migration plugin, or upload via SSH/SFTP. We're also happy to help with manual migrations on the larger plans — just contact support.

Do you support multisite?

Yes, WordPress multisite is fully supported. You'll need to enable it manually after install (per the standard WP docs); we don't restrict the configuration.

Which PHP versions are available?

PHP 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5 are available out of the box. You can switch versions per site from the dashboard with no downtime.

What about caching plugins like WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache?

OpenLiteSpeed runs natively on our hosts, so we pre-install and activate the LiteSpeed Cache plugin for full-page caching out of the box. WP Rocket and W3 Total Cache also work — just deactivate LSCache first to avoid double-caching. Server-side OPcache is always on regardless of which plugin you use.

Where are your servers located?

All webspaces are hosted in the EU (Eygelshoven, NL) at the SkyLink Datacenter, which is contractually certified to run on 100% renewable energy. Low-latency for European visitors, unlimited traffic, and full GDPR compliance.
